Judges will be looking at the costume itself, the workmanship, design, originality, and inspiration.

This will be open to individuals in costumes from mainstream or self-creative.

No real weapons, Nudity, Lewd, or Raciest behavior will be tolerated and will be grounds for disqualification and removal from the premises without refund of any cost.
