REFUND POLICY
Refunds available if you notify us prior to midnight October 1, 2026 minus a $5 processing fee
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS after October 1, 2026.
(This applies to optional activity tickets as well.)
Due to certain tax regulations donations are non-refundable.
PayPal may have charges and additional fees
for cancelations as per the PayPal terms and agreements.
The receipt we send you via e-mail is from "Paradise Conference."
Your credit card statement will show a charge or transfer to "PayPal"
you will receive an email receipt from PayPal which will indicate the payment was to Paradise Conference, and the receipt we send you via e-mail is from "Paradise Conference."
Meals start on the hour and will not be held
more than 20 minutes, no refund will be given for missed meals.
Dress Code
The Paradise Conference does not condone or tolerate offenses, such as "indecent exposure", "public lewdness", "public indecency", "disorderly conduct" and so on, these may involve exposure of a specific body part (genitals, buttocks, anus, nipples on women), a specific intention or effect (being sexually suggestive, offending or annoying observers). also, some specific prohibitions against sexual acts, such as having sexual intercourse in public or publicly caressing someone in a sexual way.
Halloween / Cosplay costumes may not include any real weapons, or violate the above dress code.
Paradise Conference
WAIVER AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

I desire to engage in activities with the Paradise Conference (PARADISE CONFERENCE). I acknowledge that the PARADISE CONFERENCE is not responsible for actions of other attendees, presenters, vendors, speakers, hotel staff, or law enforcement personal, even if such actions are unlawful or demeaning. I understand that activities associated with the PARADISE CONFERENCE may require some form of transportation that has the normal vehicular risks. I understand that the PARADISE CONFERENCE will NOT hold transportation to or from any event or activity nor will the PARADISE CONFERENCE make any attempt to locate me if I do not show for an event or activity (going or returning). I hereby release the PARADISE CONFERENCE from any damages to property or injuries that I may suffer incident to or arising out of my participation in these activities and I hereby certify that my physical health is such that I am able to participate in these activities. I am specifically aware that while the PARADISE CONFERENCE takes every precaution to protect my identity, it cannot be guaranteed. I agree to release and hold harmless the PARADISE CONFERENCE, its board of directors, staff, committee members, and volunteers for any divulgence of my identity. (Only the PARADISE CONFERENCE board of directors members and a very few staff members have access to attendees personal identities or personal information). I understand that the PARADISE CONFERENCE is NOT responsible for any hotel services or lack thereof.
I agree to release and hold harmless the PARADISE CONFERENCE, its board of directors, staff, committee members, and volunteers from any and all liability and claims for damages to property or injuries to persons that may arise or be incident to my participation in any PARADISE CONFERENCE event. Further, I agree to release and hold harmless the PARADISE CONFERENCE, its board of directors, staff, committee members, and volunteers, against any claims, demands, actions, debts, liabilities, judgments, costs, or attorney’s fees arising out of, claimed on account of, or in any manner predicated upon my participation in the Paradise Conference including any loss or damage to property, any injury or death of any person, in any manner, caused or contributed to by the PARADISE CONFERENCE, its board of directors, staff, committee members, or volunteers.
